My photos are borderline commercial and art.
The line is so thin, its like walking on thin ice.

How far can I push it?

Art was all about how far you can push it. Have we seen anything sensational since that tomato soup cans? I've seen Serra and Turrel but that's solid. Cutting the line is a bit different from being solid, because the difference is differentiating and being bold.

Make it so bad but good.

I got no high-school diploma.

I started a scene in Singapore called the Jungle.

We give out free stickers and what-nots.

One day my member sent me a rant about his job, so I made it to be a sticker.
Our pseudo-name or alter-ego'ish name is "Coco Chen".

It's because his last name is Chen, like any chinese men.

友人に日本人がいるので、日本語でたまに書いています。

日本人とフランス人というのは自分たちの言語以外にはあまり興味がありません。

Life is so far from us.
I don't see the jungle or the foliage or herds of simply happy people here.

Concrete jungle provides you fresh mangoes miles away, perhaps torn or stolen from mother earth.
Who knows.


But we have been made-belief to t-t-t-t-take it.
T-t-t-t-take advantage with that stutter and be no different from others.
You should t-t-t-t-take it. And join the Empire.

These were all shot with my girlfriend's cheap point-and-shoot camera from like the 2004.


I hear people say "Oh you need a good camera to have good shots" and "expensive camera always deliver better image" but that's not true. 


Look at Andy Warhol for instance. 


All his tools were stupid stuff. Polaroid Big Shot used have ads saying "forget about focus" and "forget lighting". He even painted his stuff using sponge mops, the same thing we use for cleaning floors. Most of his tools were the cheapest available. 


What's more important is to use what we have. 


Russel Peters used to say "be a Man, do the Right thing."


There is no waste and waste if you see can only be your own reflection. 


We need to do what we can, with what we have.

そりゃあ、人間ですもん。

こういう、かわいい写真も人並みに撮りますよ。

この犬はやんちゃです。自分は人間みたいなものだ、と絶対に思っています。

妙なもので人間も野生の獣と思えば、地球の一部なんですね。

コンクリートジャングルでマンゴー食べてる自分にとっては、快適なコンクリートに囲まれたジャングルが心地良いのかもしれません。
